A resident of Hartford, New York, sculptor Ronn T. Mattia fashions large vertical structures that creatively combine two contrasting elements, glass and steel. These semi-abstract works are often reminiscent of organic forms, and suggest the growth, change, and upward movement present in the natural world. Mattia has exhibited his sculpture extensively in New England and the mid-Atlantic region, and is represented locally by Sculpture Showcase, Ltd. in New Hope.
