  • Art on the Move/Art Speaks…New!!
    Art on the Move/Art Speaks is collaborative outreach program between the Michener Art Museum and the Bucks County Intermediate Unit #22 which brings original works of art and visiting artists to your school. The Art on the Move program is currently funded by The Institute of Museum and Library Services.

    Register for continuing education programs for artists and teachers.

    Read and download educational materials you can use in the classroom or in conjunction with a school tour.

  • School Tours
    Everything you need to plan a Michener Art Museum tour for your students. Free admission for all school groups through December 31, 2010!

  • Arts Enrichment
    Calling all teachers! Work with the Michener Art Museum Education Outreach Department to coordinate an arts enrichment program at your school.

  • Arts First Steps: Preschool Outreach Programs
    Preschools work with museum educators during the year to learn about works of art and engage students in the art making process, balancing classroom visits with visits to the Museum.

  • Scholarships
    Tell your students! Scholarships for summer camps are available through the generous support of local sponsors. We welcome scholarship recipients as well as contributors. Teacher recommendation required.

  • Two Dozen Questions
    Questions and answers will help children learn more about the Michener Art Museum.

  • Mapping the Journey of Bucks County Artists
    Follow a route along the Delaware River to learn about the lives of our region's visual artists.

  • Explore the Exhibit James A. Michener: A Living Legacy
    This intimate exhibition celebrates James A. Michener's prolific career as a writer, public servant, art collector and philanthropist, as well as his life-long commitment to racial harmony.
